The Drivers and Bus Attendants are well trained to communicate with all stake holders, be polite and courteous, on time and to serve with a smile. Regular training programs are conducted to ensure that they are updated with all the latest traffic rules and regulations in compliance with the RTA.
They are also provided with customer service training programs to ensure quality service with an upper scale index of customer satisfaction. Our aim is to help optimize student safety, create more pick-ups and drop-offs and to mitigate concerned calls from Parents.
